A great article whether one has a new product, service, or personal relationship, since they all involve relationships. End-users are critical stake-holders, be it one or millions, who have personal interests which they will want satisfied. The caution is not sit on your laurels. First make sure what you’re offering delivers what it says it will; not just to you, but to the end-user. And the only way to do that is to receive feedback, take all feedback seriously, follow up and impartially analyze the feedback, then respond in ways which satisfy the end-users and your strategic goals; creativity will be the key here. By the way, the same fundamental strategies also apply to personal or professional relationships. But there’s no place in this process for egos so put them aside.
