Plus Minus Equal

Here’s an idea from Ryan Holliday.

You need a:

PLUS — someone farther along to teach you, so you don’t have to make all the mistakes yourself

MINUS — someone coming up behind you who you can teach, so you can gain clarity

EQUAL — someone to compete with, so you both get better.

You need all three.

But you don’t necessarily need to know them in real life.
