The philosophy behind the greatest technological movements in our time

Technology is one of the most discussed topics across all news platforms due to it’s rapid changes and consistent advancements. A particular interest of mine is how our news will be presented and who will be presenting it. This comes 0ff of the back of my studies which havd seriously opened my eyes to the decline in popularity on newspapers.

With the revelation that is the creators platform in YouTube, the area of journalistic prowess and audience has shifted significantly. Nowadays there are more people watching a particular YouTube channel than there is people watching TV networks.

This begs the question though, with how quickly traditional media is declining or “changing”, how long will it be until we are introduced to the next big platform.

A person of great inspiration to me Casey Neistat, a filmmaker, Youtuber and founder of Beme always talks about the audience. He explains how the creators always need to be original and the audience will follow.

The way news and other mediums present information is inevitably going to change along with technology. The question is what piece of originality from a creator will be added to the illustrious story sharing machine.
