Another Song Added
Well, as of now, I’ve finished another nice, little melody. I’m trying to kind of combine my three different songs into one, not necessarily slap each together and call it an “end product”, more like incorporate different elements into one big, melodic cluster of sound. By the end of this project I’d also like to fashion that song into a genre other than, what I think is, wannabe classical music, as all of my songs are on piano (not my playing of the piano, a software one). I kind of want to put them into something really electronic, like house or dubstep. Since I’ve just been calling them “my songs” I suppose I should describe each a little. The first one is, well, a little fast. It has this nice progressiveness to it as well, like climbing a mountain. Additionally, it has these soft parts that become slower and more higher pitched. The second is much more laid back and slow, and somewhat lower pitched in general. It’s also got these parts where the notes decrease in pitch really fast, making the song feel rushed at times. The third, unlike the first two, which both have a treble and a bass part, only has a treble section. This song is really, really fast compared to the other two, although it has some slow(er) parts here and there. It’s got these parts where the whole song’ll go up in pitch really fast, then down, then up. When I listen to it I imagine someone running for his life from a collapsing building.
