I love this.
And it’s the exact philosophy I took on a few months ago. You see, I had to hustle because my salary wasn’t enough to cover everything, and my wife was only working 10–15 hours per week. So I was taking on freelance work whenever I could and looking for more freelance (and a better job) all at the same time.
Once I landed my new job at a higher salary, I was able to relax a bit. I bought a PS4 and now I try to get in at least a few hours of CoD in every weekend.
Sometimes we need to hustle, but it shouldn’t be just an ongoing thing. It should only be a season until you get out of the woods.
Though, I must admit that I haven’t worked with a freelance client in close to 6 months and I begin to doubt my ability.
But at least my bills are paid and my K/D ratio is on the up-and-up.
