Procrastination Leads To Mistrust

Here is an example:
I recently applied to a waitressing job at a busy downtown restaurant. After two interviews, I could guess, pretty confidently, that I would get the job. During the second interview, the site manager informed me that he would decide within three days whether or not I got the job. I didn’t hear back from him until the sixth day, even though I had reached out to him earlier. He told me I had gotten the job. At this point, though, I didn’t even want the job. How long would it be for him to let me know about training? about my schedule?
