But I had to tell you that “God Only Knows” is one of my absolute favorite songs in the world and utterly destroys me every time I hear it and when Peter and I got married, that was the song we had playing as we walked together toward our friend who married us and directly after the ceremony.
Peter and I took a 2 hour trip to Los Angeles for a doctor’s appointment for me, yesterday.

Sherry, guess what, Mama Bear, when my husband and I got married God Only Knows was the first song after our ceremony song, which played while we signed our wedding documentation.
I’ve never heard this version you’ve shared – it’s beautiful Sherry, as are you. And probably so is Peter, by osmosis.
