NBC News President Deborah Turness fumbled her defense of Donald Trump as host of SaturdayNight Live (http://politi.co/1Rp67p4) by referring to immigrants as “illegals.” As if that wasn’t enough, NBC executives publicly defended their decision to allow Trump to host SNL, praising him as a “good fodder for comedy as well” — as reported by the LA Times (http://lat.ms/1Y2ozJn). One has to wonder, with everything happening at NBC with Jose Diaz-Balart and Melissa Harris-Perry, if Saturday Night Live/NBC/MSNBC would allow Donald Trump to his the show today.
