Hopefully, as the eight justices sift through the legal arguments, they’ll see this case for what it is; a shameless political attack by Republicans on the President’s executive actions which belongs at the ballot box, not in the Supreme Court of the United States.

We know one thing for sure — this case is entirely political. Republicans are not interested in a legislative fix on immigration, otherwise they would have proposed one already. The truth is that programs like DAPA and DACA would allow millions of immigrants across the country the opportunity to work and continue to contribute back to their communities.
