To be there| Word Meditation 62/366

Sometimes all you can do is be there. 
And that’s all you need to do. Every single time. 
To be there. 
To be there and to listen. 
To be there and to be understanding.
To be there without judging. 
To be there without the intention of figuring out who’s in the right. 
Just be there. 
Say it’s okay and be there. 
There’s a reason we can never close our ears. 
So don’t shut your brain instead. 
To be there, and to be there with an open mind is the most important thing you do. 
All the time.
