Coercion is a broad term, I agree – but I do still think there is a definite and clear line…if you want to acknowledge it, which many people do not, unfortunately…between affirmative consent and all manner of coercive behaviour.

The grey area is not as grey as some folks like to make it out to be – if someone really and truly wants to have sex with you, you will know it.

IMO, anything less than that joyful, enthusiastic consent is coercion. That is the bar for consent we should work with, because anything less than that is where trouble starts.
