I 100% agree with your response and have been doing a lot of strategy work to make sure that utilization / compensation / delivery AND deliverables are all in alignment for this service.
Since inception, I have increased the cost of deliverable to keep up quality control, have a scalable(ish) model in place that will still allow me to keep my tone and voice throughout the process, and whereas todays competitors are quick but highly inaccurate, I’m sacrificing delivery time for accuracy and I think that’s a solid tradeoff anyway.
Thanks for running through those with me and for challenging me for me to make sure I have my ducks in a row. For now. We’ll see what hiccups are on the horizon ;)
