I try to direct my energies away from that pesky irritation, anxiety too. They’ve done me no good, affected my health even, and not in a positive way. I’ve learned to readjust, and reading Meditations has played its part. In a way it’s helped to bring me a new outlook on life.
Another solid post, Levi. Being a lover of Ancient Rome and philosophy, I liked a lot. : )
