Roman emperors are fascinating, from Augustus, to Marcus, all the way to Justinian I in the East. Sometimes I can’t help but think that the Ancients were wiser and more atune with reality/nature, in some areas, than we are. Their literature, even their architecture, influences that thought.
Thanks for the highly entertaining read, Anthony. Anything having to do with Ancient Rome is my kind of hit. : )
