How to become a data analyst from zero to preparing for job interviews. This is the full track for a professional course.
Phase 1:
Google Docs for writing reports.
Google slide for presentations.
Google forms for surveys and questionnaires.
Google drive your cloud storage.
Google sheets (Our main tool in this section)
All of these are tools that you can master in a little time. Note these are similar products to Microsoft Office. You may find some businesses use Microsoft products instead but they are similar products. if you understand how to use one, you will be able to use the other.

Phase 2:
SQL — SQL is one of the main tools for data analysis. it’s a query language to manipulate the data. However, we need a Database management client to connect to the SQL server, which is a database management system, and run these queries.
Download and install Azure Data Studio (DB management client), connect to the database server such as PostgreSQL or MySQL then run your queries:
In your case, you may not find any database to connect to so you can download and import data into your Azure (Or DBeaver, another free and open-source software similar to Azure Data Studio) — — Download data, create a connection to the SQL server such as PostgreSQL on your localhost, import your data to your new connection then start writing your SQL queries. — Don’t get desperate at this stage if you run into installation problems as we all do.

Phase 3 :
Microsoft Power BI which is similar to Tableau. It’s free software that allows data analysts to connect to their data and build reports and dashboards to tell the story in data, mostly visual data.
NOTE Power BI tutorial videos are available within the list provided above.
Download and install Power BI
Phase 4:
Create your portfolio project. The following is a link to mine. I used google data studio instead of Power BI, I connected to my YouTube channel, pulled out the data, and create a dashboard for my channel.
