A bag of kale, which I’m trying to convince myself to like. I ended up finding a recipe that made it at least tolerable, if not something I’m wildly enthusiastic about (it was this, without mushrooms because I hate them and with just a lot of parmesan because I didn’t have Gruyere: https://www.gimmesomeoven.com/creamy-farro-with-white-beans-and-kale/).
