Gina, thank you for your heartfelt response. I’m so glad for you that you have found a doctor with whom you feel comfortable. If you haven’t had your surgery yet, I really want you to investigate more. I have heard too many stories of women who deeply regret doing it, and have not had good resuts.

People learn how to deal with “addictions”…. and NO, it is not an easy path. But my belief regarding much of weight gain is this: you can’t find a solution to a problem you have not identified properly. It’s like taking a pain killer instead of removing the pebble from your shoe…. You are not over-eating, or eating the wrong foods because you are hungry. Overeating is a symptom of stress.

Stress changes your metabolism and practically every system in your body. And stress management has to be practiced not just daily, but sometimes multiple times a day…. If you want more information about a specific measurable method of stress relief that you can SEE is working in the moment…. and helps you all day long, please visit my site.

And no matter what, I wish you the best success.
