It’s a cute concept, but the body naturally responds to calories burned by sending additional signals to your stomach that you are hungry– and making you tired or lethargic after a big calorie burn. Both responses are designed to maintain a set body weight. So don’t even consider that studying astrophysics is going to give you a great body! It’s not going to happen.

The information we’re learning about how the brain functions is fascinating. Unfortunately, we haven’t spent that much time learning about what dieting does to the body! People are now scaring themselves into the newest diet fad of believing they are addicted to sugar, but glucose is the major source for brain food.

Perhaps learning more about the MYTH-information of “eat less and exercise more” would be the best use of new learning to keep your brain AND body healthy!
