And it’s NOT because they have no will-power. It’s nature’s method of preventing starvation and bringing you back to a higher weight set point. And btw, that increases each time you diet!
People are so desperate to lose weight that they listen to this drivel that can actually hurt your health! Drinking so much water depletes your electrolytes and salt. It can lead to hyponaetremia: soggy brain, which can kill you.
Overeating protein can damage your liver. So much crap in this article that I don’t even want to waste more time writing about it.
Sure, people can lose weight, but the important aspect is MAINTAINING IT. That is never spoken about. And people who regain blame themselves so won’t come out publicly and say that happened to them.
Before and after photos should be apended with AFTER the AFTER- a year later. Then finally people will realize that this is just another sham that will end up increasing their weight from stress eating. That’s eating the things you avoid when you’re stressed out — the reason so many people gain weight in the first place!
