Wow. What an awesome response! You shared a lot of useful resources in just a single comment. Thank you!
I never found the good words to put on my feelings. I didn’t know the term “Impostor Syndrome” but it’s really what I feel everyday. The video is very interesting and I’ll get more information about it.
I would like to be more involved in the Agile community. That’s exactly why I joined the Serious Scrum channel on Slack. The value I get everyday from the posts and messages of this community is just unbelievable.
I’m going to have a look on the Agile Mentors website because I cannot read the post you shared. This community seems really interesting and I can imagine that it is worth the subscription fee.
I was looking for some kind of workshop like you shared. Generally, the feedback from the team is pretty good but I’m not sure if they are totally honest with me. But have a structured workshop could help. I definitely need to try it.
I have to consider my own options for mentoring. To be honest, I never thought about that. Most of the time, I’m a bit shy to ask question to the community. Maybe because of the “Imposter Syndrome”. I don’t know. Now, I’m just trying to overcome my fears because I need it to improve myself. And I think it was good decision because I get a lot of positives things in a few amount of time. A mentor can maybe help me a lot.
But I don’t know where to look. Do you have some resources? What is the best way to find a mentor?
Thank you again for your time. Your words really encourage me.
