The process of starting up is not always a clean and pretty framework

I have started to work on my idea in the social innovation space. But one thing you never realize is how much in circles you are going to go when developing your idea.

I came up with an idea, surveyed target users, understood the problem better, pivoted to another idea, did some competitor analysis, drew out the flow, created wireframes, found some gaps, then did some more detailed competitor analysis and now going to rethink the solution and the flow. All this before validating the idea.

No one really documents the process within each messy step of product development process, while they are in it. Maybe it’s for a good reason. But I thought I would share my beautiful mess of a process with you.
