As someone who remarkably escaped ever living thru a situation that made me feel less than a man at work or in school (all girls schools), I am actively learning about these daily horrors women and others face.

I am horrified that young men could start their young life with bylines to create connections and engage a community they way they so choose. I am unfamiliar with hacker news but the y combinator owns it? Can’t they do something about accountability with comments? verify users and reporting them for life? Idk — but this seems like an urgent issue. #sad
