Kulfi Recipe
Khoya Badam Kulfi Recipe is the last manual to create Malai Kulfi that tastes quite scrumptious. Try this out!
Ingredients:
Milk (Doodh) 3 cups
Sugar (Cheeni) 5tbsp
Green cardamom (Sabz illiachi) 2–3
Chopped almonds (Badaam) ¼ cup
Khoya (Mawa) 1 cup
Method:
In a wok, put milk, green cardamom, and sugar mix well & bring it to a boil.
Scrape the sides on low medium flame & stir nonstop.
Add chopped almonds & khoya and mix well until 1/third component is determined. Leave it for ten minutes.
Pour kulfi aggregate into kulfi mold and keep in the freezer overnight.
Garnish with chopped almonds & revel.
