Orange Custard
Ingredients:
Milk (Doodh) 2 cup
Sugar (Cheeni) 8tbsp
Custard powder 4tbsp
Powdered milk (Sookha doodh) ¼ cup
Orange food color (Narangi rung) ¼ tsp
Orange essence ¼ tsp
Orange juice (Sangtra rus) 4tbsp
Method:
In a wok, put milk, sugar, custard powder, powdered milk, and orange food color mix well and stir continuously.
Now add orange essence and cook for 5–10 minutes.
When the custard thickens then turn off the flame.
When custard cools down, add orange juice and mix well.
In serving glasses, pour orange custard and place in refrigerate for 10–15 minutes.
When the custard is set garnish with desiccated coconut, orange slices, and mint leaves.
Serve chill and enjoy a yummy orange dessert.
