Ingredients:
Garlic paste (Lehsun)1.5tbsp
Oil (Tail) 3–4tbsp
Red chili flakes (Lal Mirch)1tsp
Salt (Namak)½ tsp
Carrot (Gajjar)(chopped) 1/3 cup
Capsicum (Shimla Mirch)(chopped)1/3 cup
Sugar (Cheeni)½ tsp
Chili sauce 2tsp
Oregano powder ½ tsp
Tomato ketchup 1/3 cup
Boiled pasta 2 cups
Method:
In a wok, add garlic paste and oil, sauté for 2–3 minutes.
Now, add red chili flakes, salt, chili sauce, sugar, tomato ketchup and cook for 5–10 minutes.
When it cooks, add capsicum, carrot,oregano powder, & add water if required, and cook for 2–3 minutes.
In the last add boiled pasta & mix well.
Pour in a platter and garnish with coriander leaves.
Serve and enjoy scorching red sauce pasta.
