Before & After
This beautiful four-story brownstone’s interior needed a lift as toys dominated the space. I brought in furniture, mirrors, and lighting fixtures. First impressions are everything. When I got the listing, the entrance missed a doorknob and doorbell. I also decided to add a proper brass house number on the exterior and switched the exterior motion sensor light to a beautiful original carriage light.
With some exterior & interior changes, it finally looked inviting and attractive to affluent buyers we have in Brownstone Brooklyn.
