This home is a beautiful 2 story carriage house on stately Vanderbilt Avenue with a lot of potential. Unfortunately the interior was stuck in 1952. I took up the plywood floors and refinished the hardwood that was beneath, painted, removed the dated paneling and had the dropped ceiling removed.
