By “manage” are you suggesting that central planning has the ability to mitigate this?

This is a good argument against the modern corporation. Since a centrally planned collective like a corporation can accomplish nothing but inspired interdependence, perhaps it is time to replace with a more effective collective action organization, one less centralized. Personally, I think workplace democracy is a recipe for disaster, but apparently there are good sound moral reasons to consider the idea.
