Sometimes life moves so fast that we don’t realise that it’s important to just pause and pay it forward to express gratitude.

We express gratitude by counting our blessings and being appreciative and thankful for everything, from the smallest. to the grandest, for kindness and happiness which includes everything in between that, let’s not make any good deed go unnoticed.

I understand that gratitude acts isn’t for everyone, if past trauma is hanging in the balance and the healing process hasn’t started then inner focus and a positive mindset isn’t yet achieved so it could possibly be one of the hardest things to do.

But we never stop learning, so let’s not take anything for granted and start right there, pray, meditate or just stay calm with an inner flow, and express gratitude to reflect empathy to cherish kindness and it will be reciprocated most definitely.

In your spare time why not write down 7 acts of gratitude, that’s 7 reasons why you are grateful for what you have, what you have achieved, and the kind of person you are today, and then focus on other people with kind gestures, feeling cherished and meaningful moments that occurred but you hadn’t realised the impact it may have for yourself and others. Let’s express gratitude.
