You’ve articulated this feeling so well. That feeling of wanting but not wanting to do the things you enjoy, or of feeling sort-of-okay whilst not feeling really-that-great is something so many people can relate to. You are not alone!

Of course, this does not make it any less of a struggle. However, it is okay to not feel okay sometimes and hopefully as spring approaches, you’ll start to feel better than okay.
