Sure Jack Jenkins. In your version of reality these nuns, The Adorers of the Blood of Christ, and their lawsuit could change the way environmentalists fight pipelines. However in the real world you are just writing absolute garbage for Think Progress. These nuns don’t have a lawsuit or a case that makes any sense whatsoever. It’s actually painful to read their reasoning.

“The Adorers believe that God calls humans to treasure land as a gift of beauty and sustenance that should not be used in an excessive or harmful way,” say the nuns and guess what? An environmental impact statement on the pipeline in question basically says what Jack? Well the EIS on the Atlantic Sunrise project basically says the land will not be used in an excessive or harmful way.
