John, respectfully, your circle isn’t that diverse. I live in rural Oregon and work in tech. It’s been glaringly obvious for the 3 years we’ve lived here. Wages are depressed, Californians are buying up a majority of the homes, increasing rents to unaffordable levels in the process and resentment is high. I saw a little glimmer of hope at #techinclusion16 that *maybe* we are finally starting to crack white male club that has controlled the industry. After this week, I’m not sure. Will you retreat? Or, will you help us in create vocational training centers that can deliver pathways to prosperity quickly? This would be the single biggest thing we can do to show Trump supporters we haven’t left them behind and do care about their economic stability.
