Amen. As an Oregonian, our biggest beef with Nike has been the misalignment of their messaging & political actions. Nike is our biggest corporate welfare recipient, Mark Parker & Phil are big political spenders eroding the rights of others, the company flexes its political weight to undermine unions and increase personal wealth through new tax giveaway schemes — all while putting out aspirational campaigns like this. I’ll be curious to see if Gen Z forces them to live their values.
