Rebootyourwork Day 3: Concentration. Concentration is one issue I’ve been struggling with during work. I know that I find joy and creativity when I’m really concentrating on a report, article, project — however, once those other minor things one needs to do start catching in my mind, I become distracted and can often go for hours without doing a thing. I realize all this and scold myself. Then vow again to start fresh the next day. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. Where has my concentration gone? I often worry. I used to be so good at boxing tasks into timeframes, starting the day with what I like to do most. How can I get back to that?
