Though Talia’s points were completely valid, it’s more about how she expressed them that shows she really doesn’t understand why she’s in the position she’s in. I don’t mean to judge her, but sitting down, writing out this post, probably editing it, and then hitting “publish”, while also later updating the post with requests for donations, is probably the most foolish thing she could of done in trying to make a sincere case to her CEO on why they should change the status quo of her employment so she can “survive” (whatever that means to whoever).

Unfortunately she may have opened a door to exploring her and other staff level tech employees’ plight in San Francisco, but she also slammed the sh** out of it with her approach.
