You forgot the group that would rather spend $11–21 on an entire meal with tortillas in a restaurant, where they also clean up after you (and the tortilla can still be fresh), for less than a dedicated $300 appliance (and I still have to buy ingredients and make the effort). This logic of perspective is why I buy eggs instead of raising chickens.
