Great read, it’s interesting how looking at the verticals as a whole uncover very apparent patterns. I wonder what you think about automated reception startups (smart mailboxes) and the role they will play in the future of last mile and curbing missed deliveries? Doorman is doing a good job, seemingly hard to scale, I assume their long term vision maybe “collaborative last-mile” disrupting USPS surepost but aren’t large automated reception depots and uber best positioned to handle this?
