Based on the title I was all excited that you were going to trash the “two in a box” model that some big companies follow where they literally give two people the same job. I’m not a fan of that (at all). And yes I agree with the email philosophy that if it’s everybody’s job then it’s nobody’s job. Limit send-to to 1 address and limit cc’s beyond that.
