Great article, Ismail Elshareef. Whole heartedly agree with everything here. My additional thought is that I see product managers having deep engagement with customers throughout every one of the four areas you lay out. Yes, they must know their customers but they must also spend time with, advocate for, test with, share with, and iterate with their customers to validate ideas, hypothesis, designs, and interactions.
