My friend, “analytics” as a useful tool as part of overall balanced methodology (i.e. that doesn’t result in Eric Gordon as the second best player on a team with serious championship aspirations), I’m thumbs up on.

Capital A “Analytics” as overarching, indulgent, tunnel-vision driver of most of a team’s basketball decisions and hiring is what I rage against.

And by “rage” I mean give whimsical and facetious takes that shouldn’t be taken so seriously :)
