Preheat oven to 350, make sure your kale is VERY dry. LIGHTLY coat kale with olive oil and lemon juice. Spread kale evenly on baking sheet lined with parchment paper or foil. Sprinkle with garlic salt. Bake for five minutes, rotate pan, and bake for an additional five minutes. Transfer to paper towel and enjoy!
