Cialis, also known as tadalafil, is one of the most popular pharmaceuticals in existence.

And everyone knows why…

It helps people with erectile dysfunction (ED) get, and maintain, an erection.

And it works phenomenally in the department.

Unless you have ED, that may not be something you want to think about.

But, as it turns out, that’s only ONE of the ways Cialis can make a profound improvement in your health.

In fact, Cialis could be one of the most effective, and affordable, anti aging drugs available.

If you thought Cialis was just a boner pill, you’re about to have your mind blown.

And if you’re a guy over 35 and you’re worried about conditions like high blood pressure, prostate enlargement, and staying fit, then you’ll want to keep reading to see how this medication can help you out!

Cialis Treats Symptoms of an Enlarged Prostate

(Courtesy of MART PRODUCTION)

Benign prostatic hyperplasia, otherwise known as an enlarged prostate, is a condition all men will face as they get older.

The prostate is a gland that surrounds the urethra, and as it enlarges it causes problems such as:

  • frequent urination
  • weak urinary stream
  • dribbling after urinating
  • incontinence

While an enlarged prostate isn’t a life-threatening condition, it’s an annoying one that reduces quality of life in men who experience it.

That is, unless they take Cialis.

Strangely enough, the same medication that helps men get the greatest erections of their life can also treat their enlarged prostate.

Wait, what?

Yup, as Saleh (2022) informs us, Cialis has been medically cleared to treat an enlarged prostate for years:

Since 2011, Cialis (tadalafil) has been approved by the FDA for daily use in treatment for men with enlarged prostate, or BPH

Cialis works its magic by dilating blood vessels and increasing blood flow throughout the body.

This is how it helps men achieve and maintain erections.

But, this is also how it helps men with an enlarged prostate.

As Lung (2021) states:

Since Cialis increases blood flow, it widens your arteries and relaxes the muscles in the bladder and prostate. Due to these relaxation effects, it can ease the urinary symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia. Studies have found that men who take 5 milligrams a day could improve a man’s BPH as well as ED.

So if you’re dealing with problems caused by an enlarged prostate AND you want to have better sex, all you need is 5 mgs of Cialis a day.

While it doesn’t directly treat the enlarged prostate, it ameliorates some of the annoying symptoms.

Restoring some of your quality of life in the process.

Speaking of which, another issue plaguing the quality of life of men is high blood pressure.

And unlike an enlarged prostate, that CAN be deadly!

But, not if you take your favorite erectile dysfunction medication…

Cialis Can Safely Lower Blood Pressure

(Courtesy of Pavel Danilyuk)

The force of your blood as it pushes against the walls of your blood vessels is what’s known as your blood pressure.

Hypertension, or high blood pressure, occurs when the pressure being exerted in your vessels is too high consistently.

This can be caused by a number of things, including:

  • smoking
  • not exercising regularly
  • an unhealthy diet
  • consuming too much caffeine or other stimulants
  • genetics

And according to the stats, nearly half of all adults are dealing with hypertension!

But once again, as unlikely as it may seem, Cialis is a viable treatment for high blood pressure.

Similar to how it treats an enlarged prostate, Cialis can lower high blood pressure by:

  • safely expanding blood vessels
  • improving a smooth blood flow

And as Grossman (2022) adds:

The hypotensive effect of PDE‐5 inhibitors should be exploit to treat resistant hypertension, particularly in those with ED. Since tadalafil has the longest duration of action it will probably be the best PDE‐5 inhibitor to use for lowering blood pressure. Low dose tadalafil (5 mg daily) can improve blood pressure control and erectile function.

And much like the protocol for tackling symptoms of an enlarged prostate, as little as 5 mgs a day could be all you need to bring your blood pressure back into a healthy range.

That’s good for your overall health, but it’s especially good for your heart.

And since more than half a million people die each year of heart disease, you may be interested to read how Cialis can help you out there, too!

Cialis Reduces Risk of Developing Heart Disease

(Courtesy of Louis Bauer)

Heart disease is an umbrella term that includes conditions such as:

  • irregular heart beats (arrhythmias)
  • coronary artery disease
  • cardiomyopathy
  • heart valve disease

And as mentioned in the last section, these conditions are extraordinarily prevalent!

Thankfully, many conditions & symptoms of heart disease can be avoided or mitigated through healthy living. Including:

  • regular exercise
  • avoiding processed foods
  • avoiding smoking & second hand smoke

However, if you’re already struggling with heart disease, you may be looking for treatments.

And thankfully, Cialis has shown to be efficacious in treating heart disease.

A study from 2019 on sheep, who have hearts similar to those of humans, found that tadalafil (Cialis) was effective at treating heart failure.

Trafford (2019) adds that:

“This study provides further confirmation, adds mechanistic details, and demonstrates that tadalafil could now be a possible therapy for heart failure,” the researcher notes, adding, “It’s entirely possible that some patients taking it for erectile dysfunction have also unwittingly enjoyed a protective effect on their heart.”

Cialis achieves these amazing outcomes, not just by dilating blood vessels, but by improving endothelial health.

Endothelial cells line blood vessels and control exchanges between blood vessels and surrounding tissues.

Cialis is able to reduce the rigidity of endothelial cells and give them more of an elastic property.

This results in a better functioning heart that can pump blood in a smoother function, and which is at a reduced risk for developing heart disease.

And a heart that functions better is essentially a younger heart.

Which makes sense, because when it comes to anti-aging, Cialis is something of a wonder drug in that category.

Cialis is An All-Around Anti Aging Drug

(Courtesy of cottonbro studio)

Anti-aging is a term that is thrown around so much it starts to lose meaning.

Plus, as far as we know, no one has successfully “anti-aged” yet.

But, we do know certain supplements, herbs, foods, hormones and lifestyle practices can:

and basically, reverse and keep all of your biomarkers in the ranges of younger people.

Does Cialis really fall into this category???

Yes, it can improve erections and sexual function so that an older man performs sexually like a younger man. That’s anti-aging in a sense.

And as you know, it can also treat:

  • symptoms of enlarged prostates
  • high blood pressure
  • heart disease

And if your heart is working smoothly, your blood pressure is in a safe range, and you’re not experiencing the symptoms of an enlarged prostate that most older men do, then again, you’re not aging in a sense.

And as the authors of this study from 2022 add:

The long-term administration of tadalafil (5 mg daily) reduced arteriosclerosis or inhibited its progression, and relieved dysuria and improved erectile function. In particular, the drug was revealed to be more effective in patients at a high risk of cardiovascular events and those aged 75 years or older. Hence, tadalafil may have the potential to be used as an anti-aging medicine, although further studies with longer observation periods are needed to confirm its effectiveness and safety.

So by safely dilating blood vessels, improving endothelial health, and keeping arteries devoid of plaque, Cialis could also be considered anti-aging because it keeps the circulatory system young.

Additionally, Cialis may be the pre-workout substance you’re looking for.

If you want that “pump” that comes from getting tremendous blood while lifting weights, Cialis is a much better option than most pre-workout drinks.

It’s probably not a surprise by now, but Cialis effectively dilates blood vessels and allows for a smooth flow of blood that can greatly enhance your workouts.

And again, this is typically something older men no longer experience.

Unless, they’re taking Cialis. Then they’re getting “the pump” like a younger man and enjoying more intense workouts.

And as is commonly known, regular exercise is one of the best ways of staying young.

And, a study from 2017 found that Cialis had a slight testosterone-increasing effect.

So while more research is needed, it’s not out of the realm of possibility that Cialis could help keep your testosterone at a youthful level.

Let’s recap:

  • better erections & better sex
  • improved circulatory system
  • better workouts
  • positive hormonal changes
  • improved heart health
  • reduced symptoms of an enlarged prostate

I’m not saying Cialis is the “Fountain of Youth”, but when you add all that up Cialis can make a PROFOUND improvement in your health!

We’ve touched it on already, but what are the dosages you’ll need to reap all of these amazing health benefits?

Dosages, Guidelines, & Side Effects

(Courtesy of Pixabay)

Cialis comes in many different dosages, ranging from 2.5 to 20mgs

The right dosage for you depends on:

  • your age
  • height + weight
  • the conditions you’re trying to fix
  • your lifestyle
  • other medications you might be taking

As always, consult with your primary health specialist first.

Also, since Cialis is off patent, you can now acquire it much more easily and for much less money.

But, in general, the recommended course of action is always to start low and go slow!

Meaning, try the lowest dose first (2.5mgs) and see how that effects you.

From there, you can increase the dosage if need be.

Also, Cialis can safely be taken everyday.

But remember, it can last for up to 36 hours. So taking it everyday is not the best course of action for everyone.

Also, like most compounds, your body can get used to Cialis over time and the effects will no longer be as strong.

So, depending on you and your unique needs, it’s probably best to take Cialis 3–4 days a week.

Especially, on days you work out.

Lastly, Cialis has been associated with some minor side effects. But most of these can be completely by using the correct dosage for you, and not using it too much.

Still, these side effects have been reported:

  • headaches
  • stuffy noses
  • indigestion
  • flushed face
  • muscle aches

These side effects are short lived and usually dissipate after a few hours.

Cialis: Sexual Enhancement and a Whole Lot More

(Courtesy of Anna Shvets)

Long thought of as just a way for older guys to start having sex again, Cialis has emerged as a true “wonderdrug!”

While it’s usually a good idea to be reasonably skeptical of pharmaceuticals, this seems to be one they got right!

And not just when it comes to defeating erectile dysfunction and improving sexual health.

No, Cialis is a compound that has a multi-pronged effect on health.

From reducing the risk of heart disease, to improving exercise performance, and removing plaque from arteries, Cialis truly is an anti-aging drug.

If you’re a guy who is starting to get up there in years, or you just want better sex, Cialis should become a new addition to your health regimen.

Cialis can improve your health now, and improve it for years to come.

It truly is a proven way to stay strong, healthy, and preserve your zeal for life!
