Where is C# in that chart? BTW, I am way more productive and bug-free writing C# with my ReSharper friend than I could ever hope to be with the bare-bones javascript environment that lacks true intellisense, autocomplete, go-to implementation, and especially compile-time error checking.

There may be a case for non-static superiority if you are talking about bugs that make it into production But it is far easier to roll out code with bugs in dynamic languages because you would need 100% code coverage to ensure the same level of bug-free code that you could get with something like C#.
