How do I FAIL every Single Day!
Hello to every loser in this life! Hello to Me! And I am not joking. I am a professional looser or, it’s better to say, failer. And I am doing it intentionally.
So why do I fail every day? I train. And you can. Why should you do it? Let me explain. I am about to tell you the Truth. You did not hear it from your friends, or parents or beloved. And especially you did not hear it from your teachers at school. Never before! Noone told you “Ok, buddy, go and failed three times today.” Don’t worry I will.
Why we are not teached to fail? Failure is the other side of success, it is the other side of the life, essential side. The baby starts walking after hundreds tries and failures, the kid starts talking after hundreds tries and failures, the inventors creat something after thousands tries and failures. Why should you be perfect at your 20s, 30s or 50s. I am so angry about all this modern perfectionism. And I’m sure you too.
The huge bundle of our fears is based on the main one — the fear of criticism. What do people say if I will make a mistake? What do they think if I’ll say something silly? Has this ever happen to you? It’s happened to a lot of people. Don’t feel bad. And you know what? This mysterious “they” think “What do the others think if I will not react on this guy’s silly words?” How funny is this never ending game. But actually… not so funny, because it causes constant worry, fears, ansciety that lead to stress, and stress isn’t very good for your health, you know it.
Are you ready to see what all the fuss is about? In the next few lines I’ll give you a pill from the fear of criticism. Are you ready for sure? So this pill is Failure! But you have already known this from the time when you were kids. And you forgot it like all other adults forgot one hundred tries to walk.
Now I’ll propose you my secret method of becoming more happier and successful every single day. That’s so simple, but so effective. Everything you need to do is to fail three times a day. Let’s look at my clear instructions, prepared for you:
- Choose three things, which you will fail today. Three easy, or not very as you wish. Be carefull, do not choose the things connected with your life goals. I choose for today: jump two meters in length (I am not a jumper), play one round of new video game (I am not a very good player as well) and make 30 push ups (to tell the truth I make barely 10).
- Try to do every failure thing for 5 to 7 minutes, up to 10 if you wish. Or untill it’ll be clear you failed it.
- Say “I did it! I planed to fail and did it!” You are great, you did it!
For the first few times you will feel some inconveniences, that’s your mind is fighting with you. The inner voice is telling “I must win! I must be the best! I can’t loose! If it could be the failure I will better not do this.” Let’s show to your mind that Failure is an option. Train yourself to fail and you’ll train yourself to win.
I also propose you to make one week failure challenge and check the results by yourself. Just do three small failures every day and you’ll see the difference in your thoughts in a week.
