A Spiritual Warrior: Rukara

To Rukara Rwa Bishingwe

My Man,

Bantu warrior,

the Man was reckless,

Untreatable like a Lion,

Sharp like a Leopard about to jump on it’s prey,

Silent like a praying Mantis,

Rukara, Rukara, Rukara,

You fought for the freedom of the Bantu,

Your Ubuntu was for the liberation of the Bantu,

To elevate their self esteem,

To impregnate their Spirit with Truth,

You gave your life in order to save the “sacred Alliance”,

Yet, here we are…

At odds with your heritage,

No sacred code of war,

Rumors of war among Brethren,

Blood spilt on the Mother Land,

The land that has drunk so much blood will not know rest,

We need a new Alliance.

A sacred Code.
