Apparently when a writer is publishing an article on Upworthy, they have to come up with 25 headlines before they choose one.

I like to think of coming up with lots of ideas like that, as “crowdsourcing yourself”.

If you ask one person, you might get the right answer. If you ask 25 people, you’ll be more likely to find the right answer.

Similarly, when you ask yourself for 25 possible answers, one is likely to be good!
