System Components

In an organization, there are three parts to system components, There is hierarchal ordering, interdependence, and permeability. In an organization, there all the parts work together in order to function. Kind of like your organs all work together so that your body canfunction.

At my workplace, there are system components that make up our work force that help it funtion. There is a hierarchal ordering, meaning that there is a General manager, a shift supervisor, and then the baristas. Ther is interdependence between all of these positions that allow the system to function properly. And there is permeability meaning that information is able to flow in and out of the system freely.
