What will it cost?

Doodles start at one for $100, and include 1 revision.

What does $100 get me?

A 300-dpi scan of an 8.5x11 inch sheet of paper. Your choice of choppy pencil sketch (more artsy) or a clean black-line drawing (more professional). No color. Dimensions, subject matter, and resolution can be established in advance. 1 opportunity for revision included, but ultimately, I want you to be happy with the final product so I will work with you.

What costs extra?

Let me give you a few examples:

(this is a little complex for the $100 level but the hair isn’t filled in and it’s one person. If there were 2 people, or a higher detail level, there would be additional costs.)

Ultimately, the cost comes down to complexity and how much time it will take me to draw. If it’s a simple line drawing, $100 will be fine. If it requires more than one sheet of paper to tell the story, and involves several characters, it will cost more.

What Can’t I Get in a Doodle?

Nudity. Racism/Sexism/Agism/anything-phobia/meanstuff.

Also (for now) no color. I am beginning to work with color but don’t yet feel proficient enough to charge for it. If color is a must for you, I would encourage you to send me an e-mail to see if I can accommodate your needs, or suggest another artist.
