Restaurants Are Not Perfect
Restaurant Manifesto

I definitely agree. Working in the restaurant industry, everyday is not flawless as you would like it to be. There will be days where the oven breaks, you are short staffed, etc. Yet all I get from guests is what was done wrong, what happened to acknowledging the times when the service was personable, the food came out quickly, the ambiance was great, etc. Why does society focus on just the negative? Everyday can’t be perfect, yet we try and strive it to be. If a restaurant has on off day, shouldn’t we give them another chance?
