Working in the restaurant industry I can imagine what the day to day life is. Going into the restaurant everyday to please and entertain people, even if you’re having an off day yourself. You have to leave everything at the door to focus on your staff and your guests. I can only imagine what it is like to be a 6th generation business holder. How do you enlighten your path everyday?
